By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms then You may not access the Service.

Subscriptions and Billing (Via Polar)

We offer premium subscription plans (Pro and Business) paid on a monthly or annual basis. Payments, billing cycles, and subscription management are securely operated and processed by our third-party merchant of record, Polar (polar.sh). By upgrading your account, you also agree to comply with Polar's terms of service.

No Free Trial: Premium plans do not include a free trial period; your chosen payment method will be charged immediately upon subscription.

No Refunds:Due to the digital and immediate nature of the Service, all purchases are final. We operate under a strict "No Refunds" policy for any partially used or ongoing billing periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard's billing portal.

User Content and Prohibited Conduct

As a link-in-bio and bento-grid builder, 7ink allows you to upload text, links, images, and custom digital configurations. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and display. You warrant that you hold all necessary copyrights and legal rights for your assets (including but not limited to press photos, music links, and logos).

You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Service to host, distribute, or link to illegal material, phishing attempts, malware, scams, hate speech, or explicit adult content. We reserve the right to remove any profile, bento card, or account immediately and without prior notice if a violation is detected.

Multi-Domain and Multi-Tenant Connectivity

These Terms apply to the core Service provided via 7ink.to and all its official partner domains, network expansions, and multi-tenant sub-services (including but not limited to topdj.net, salonio.net, MixCreate.com, TweLink.com, and related digital infrastructure). Your unified account grants you access across this network where available.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Infrastructure Disclaimer & Third-Party Services

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service relies on external infrastructure and third-party cloud solutions including, but not limited to, Next.js, Supabase, Cloudflare R2, and Vercel.

We do not warrant that the Service will function completely uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location due to potential third-party maintenance, data center outages, or upstream service interruptions.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall 7ink, its creator, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, business revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Maximum financial liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the user to the Service during the billing month immediately preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Service is operated by the individual creator and development team of 7ink.to prior to formal corporate registration.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
