  • Account Information: Your email address, encrypted password, and chosen username, managed via Better Auth.
  • OAuth Provider Data: If you sign up using GitHub, Google, Discord, or Twitter, we collect public profile data such as your name, email address, and profile picture URL as permitted by the provider.
  • User Generated Content: Any text, links, images, and digital assets you explicitly upload to customize your bento grid profile cards.

Analytics and Tracking

We utilize a custom, privacy-friendly analytics system to track page views and link clicks on profile links. We parse user-agent data (utilizing ua-parser-js) to determine general device types and rough geographic locations (country/region level) over time. This data is aggregated, minimized, and used strictly to provide performance dashboards to creators.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use secure cookies and browser local storage to maintain your authenticated session (via Better Auth) and to persist user preferences such as active dark mode configurations. These are strictly necessary for the core functionality of the Service.

Third-Party Data Processors

To run our platform efficiently, we share minimized data with trusted third-party cloud infrastructure providers:

  • Supabase: For secure database hosting, user sessions, and backend authentication infrastructure.
  • Polar (polar.sh): As our merchant of record, managing global subscriptions, billing cycles, VAT/tax handling, and secure payment processing. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
  • Cloudflare (R2 Storage): For storing images and files uploaded directly by users to their bento cards.
  • Resend: For dispatching transactional emails, including verification links, password resets, and analytics digests.
  • Vercel: For global edge hosting and custom domain routing.

Your Data Rights (Including GDPR)

Regardless of your location, we honor your rights to access, update, or permanently delete your personal data. You can modify your profile content or entirely delete your account directly via your user dashboard at any time. Upon account deletion, your profile data stored in our Supabase database and your uploaded assets in Cloudflare R2 will be permanently removed.

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
